other عوارض جانبی واکسن کووید-19 آسترازنکا/ آکسفورد: یک مطالعه مروری عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><a name="_Hlk172619007"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">همه‌گیری</span></span></a><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> کووید-19 تأثیر مخربی بر سلامت عمومی و زندگی اجتماعی و اقتصادی افراد در سراسر جهان داشت. یکی از مهم‌ترین رویکردهای مبارزه با همه‌گیری کووید-19، واکسیناسیون جهانی بود. به این منظور، واکسن‌های متعددی با استفاده از فناوری‌ها و پلت‌فرم‌های مختلف، تولید و مورد آزمایش‌های متعدد پیش‌بالینی و بالینی قرار گرفتند. دانشگاه آکسفورد و شرکت داروسازی بریتانیایی-سوئدی </span></span>AstraZeneca<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> توانستند واکسنی را بر پایه وکتور آدنوویروسی شامپانزه که قبلاً به نام </span></span>ChAdOx1nCoV-19<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> شناخته می‌شد و اکنون </span></span>AZD1222<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> نامیده می‌شود، تولید و معرفی کنند. این واکسن در بین عوام با نام واکسن آسترازنکا</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">شناخته می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی عوارض جانبی گزارش‌شده برای این واکسن در مقالات مختلف است. در این بررسی، پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی علمی برای جستجوی مقالات از ۱ ژانویه ۲۰۲۰ تا ۱ جولای ۲۰۲۴ مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و تمامی انواع مقالات گنجانده شدند. سپس واژگان کلیدی مرتبط جستجو شدند و مقالاتی که بر روی عوارض واکسن تمرکز داشتند یا گزارش‌هایی از عوارض واکسن آسترازنکا ارائه داده بودند، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:0pt">نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد: 1) میزان و نوع عوارض ذکرشده در مطالعات پس از واکسیناسیون عمومی بیشتر از عوارض مطرح‌شده و پیش‌بینی‌شده در کارآزمایی‌های بالینی این واکسن بوده است. 2) عوارض جدی</span></span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:0pt">شایع گزارش‌شده از واکسن آسترازنکا عوارض نورلوژیک بوده است که شامل ترومبوز سینوس ورید مغزی، سکته مغزی هموراژیک، سندرم گیلن باره و میلیت عرضی می‌باشد. 3) جدی‌ترین عارضه این واکسن ترومبوسیتوپنی ترومبوتیک بوده است که در مواردی مرگ بیماران را به همراه داشته است و میزان آن 73/0 از هر 000</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:0pt">,</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="letter-spacing:0pt">100 نفر دریافت‌کننده دوز اول واکسن ذکر شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="line-height:18pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.15pt"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">هرچند این واکسن با فاصله نسبتاً کوتاهی در بعضی از کشورها از جمله بریتانیا از سبد واکسیناسیون عمومی کنار گذاشته شد، در بسیاری از کشورها تا سال 2024 مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. شایسته بود که سازمان‌های بهداشتی بین‌المللی</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">با توجه به عوارض گزارش شده در سال 2021 این واکسن و سایر واکسن‌ها با پلت‌فرم‌های مشابه را با واکسن‌های کووید-19 با پلت‌فرم‌های دیگر در سطح جهانی جایگزین می‌کردند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:10.0pt">The Covid-19 pandemic had a devastating impact on public health and the social and economic indexes of people around the world. One of the most important approaches to control the Covid-19 pandemic was vaccination. several vaccines using different technologies and platforms were produced and subjected to numerous preclinical and clinical trials.</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt">The University of Oxford and the British-Swedish pharmaceutical company &quot;AstraZeneca&quot; were able to develop and introduce a Covid-19 vaccine based on the chimpanzee adenoviral vector previously known as ChAdOx1nCoV-19 and now called AZD1222.</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt">This vaccine is commonly known as AstraZeneca vaccine.</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt">The aim of this study is to investigate the side effects reported for this vaccine in the literature. In this review, the literature was searched for articles from January 1, 2020 to July 1, 2024, and all types of articles were studied.</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt">Relevant keywords were then searched and articles that focused on vaccine side effects or reported side effects of the AstraZeneca vaccine were included.</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt">The results revealed: First, the rate and type of side effects mentioned in the studies after general vaccination were more than the cases reported and predicted in the preliminary clinical trials of the vaccine. Second, common serious side effects reported from the AstraZeneca vaccine were neurological diseases, including cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, hemorrhagic stroke, Guillain-Barre syndrome, and transverse myelitis. Last,</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt">the most serious complication of this vaccine has been thrombotic thrombocytopenia, which has resulted in the death of patients in some cases, and its rate is 0.73 out of every 100,000 people receiving the first dose of the vaccine.
